Ronnie Cai is a results-driven and highly accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of international experience in the health and fitness sector across Australia, Southeast Asia and China. He is passionate about fitness, and he is a strong believer in people and business development that fosters long-term growth and sustainability. Before joining Orangetheory China, he held vice president position in Wills Group, which is the largest fitness company in China owned by L Catterton. Before that, Cai held the role of country sales director for Pure Group for Singapore and multiple senior roles in Fitness First Asia and Australia. Cai is responsible for growing Orangetheory Fitness throughout China and is building a strong team and franchisees to drive that growth strategy.
