Blair is CEO of MXM, Medallia’s partner to the fitness industry.  MXM specializes solely in operationalizing member experience management through world-class technology, methodology and club operations experience.  Blair is also the founder and president of Confluence Fitness Partners, operating gyms in Central Washington since 1983.  He is an educator, practitioner, student and subject matter expert on operational member experience management.
